How to Access my Merchant Portal?

The HFSP Merchant Portal is a web application for Merchants subscribed to Heartland service to create and manage their inventory, invoices and work orders; it also provides a platform where Merchants can do sales and payment transactions.

Get your Merchant Portal URL

Once you have your Merchant Portal URL, you can now access your Merchant Portal and sign-in using your e-mail address and the password you have nominated during your merchant account setup

  • Go to your inbox and open the Welcome Email sent ("Welcome to your HFSP Merchant Portal!") to you by Heartland. 

Your Merchant Portal URL is the one in the red box. This is the URL you and your employees will be using to manage your daily business operations. 

Sign-in for the first time

  • Click the Merchant Portal URL sent to your email address by Heartland service.
  • Enter your email address and nominated password. Click the Sign-in button to proceed signing in to the application. 

As a first-time user of HFSP Merchant Portal, you have to populate first some specific modules with data needed to proceed making transactions such as creating service work orders, invoices, make payments and sales. 

You will be providing important data essential to your business such as Customer and Employee profiles, Terminals and the Products and Services you provide to your customers.
