How to Setup my Account?

Verification and Account Setting

  • To start your account setup, check your inbox of the email address you have provided to Heartland. 
  • Look for the verification email (“Invitation to Setup your Portal” ), you should be able to receive an invitation email to set up your account with Heartland when the Administrator has successfully added your Merchant profile in the system.

  • Click the “Verify My Account” button to access the account set up page.

Verify My Account

  • Accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking the checkbox and the “Accept” button to proceed with the account set up. 

  • Provide and confirm the password for your Heartland Merchant account, note that the password you are going to provide will be used every time you sign-in to Merchant Portal together with your email address.

  • Submit the password and wait until your Merchant setup is successfully done.

NOTE: Do not close your browser while the set up is in progress.

NOTE: If an error occurs during the course of set up or you have failed to reach the Setup Done! page, contact your Administrator for troubleshooting.

  • Check your inbox of the same email address, you will receive a Welcome Email with the Heartland Merchant Portal access link. 

NOTE: You have to verify your account as soon as possible as the verification link expires after thirty (30) days.
