Pay for Multiple Invoices

In this article, you will learn how to pay for multiple invoices as a customer.

As a Customer, pay for multiple invoices at a time.

  • Pay Partial for multiple invoices.

Once the Merchant or Employee sent invoices for your payment, you will receive an email notification containing your invoices. Check your inbox and look for an email with the subject “New invoice from [Merchant]”

  1. Open the email and click the View and Pay Invoices button from the content.

If you cannot see the View and Pay Invoices in your email, click the link instead.

  • You will be redirected to the Customer Payment Page after clicking the link or the button.


By default, the page will show you first all the invoices under Pay in Full tab. This includes invoices with partial payment setup.

2. To pay the partial amount of all the unpaid invoices, click the Pay Partial tab.


Under the Pay Partial tab, it will display all your unpaid invoices with partial payment setup.

  • The highlighted invoice in blue is the invoice details you are currently viewing on the left side of the page.


To view the invoice details of other invoices, click the View Invoice button that you can find per invoice card.

3. Select the invoice/s you would like to pay partially by ticking the checkboxes that you can find per invoice card.

4. Once you have selected the invoice/s from the list, click the Pay Partial button to display the Payment Summary.

The Amount displaying in each invoice you have selected to pay is the Partial Amount set by the Merchant.

5. Click the Payment Option to display the Payment Methods available.

6. Once clicked, the Pay Via Card on File form for Partial Payment will be displayed.

The Amount shown in the field is the Total Amount of the selected invoices for partial payment.

7. Select an address or click Add Address to create a new address.

8. Click the Click here to Pay via Card to enter your credit card details.


To pay with a saved card already, click here.

9. Once you have entered and submitted your credit card details, tick the Terms and Conditions. Click the Process Payment button.


Once successful, a message will be displayed to you showing the invoice/s that you have paid. Dismiss the dialog to view the updated invoice details.

  • Pay Full for multiple invoices.

  1. To pay in full the amount of all the unpaid invoices, click the Full Payment tab.


Under the Full Payment tab, it will display all your invoices available for full payment only.

  • The highlighted invoice in blue is the invoice details you are currently viewing on the left side of the page.


To view the invoice details of other invoices, click the View Invoice button that you can find per invoice card.

2. Select the invoice/s you would like to pay partially by ticking the checkboxes that you can find per invoice card.

3. Once you have selected the invoice/s from the list, click the Pay in Full button to display the Payment Summary.

4. Click the Payment Option to display the Payment Methods available.

5. Click the Pay Via Card button.

The Amount displaying in each invoice you have selected to pay is the Full Amount of the Invoice.

6. Select an address or click Add Address to create a new address.

7. Click the Click here to Pay via Card to enter your credit card details.


To pay with a saved card already, click here.

  1. Once you have entered and submitted your credit card details, tick the Terms and Conditions.

  2. Click the Process Payment button.


Once successful, a message will be displayed to you showing the invoice/s that you have paid. Dismiss the dialog to view the updated invoice details.
