Get Started with Online Portal

Online Portal allows you to build your online shop and web forms; it caters full management of your e-commerce platform and payments.

If you are a Merchant that is eligible for an E-commerce feature, then you can access your Online Portal through the Merchant Portal. You should see E-com to the left navigation sidebar. 

Click the E-com from the Navigation sidebar and it will redirect to the Online Portal on a new tab. To modify your E-commerce URL, learn it here. 

E-commerce can also be accessed through a direct URL. Just copy + paste your E-commerce page URL to the browser and log in your Merchant Portal credentials to access your dashboard. 

Once you are redirected successfully, you will be landed on your Dashboard. 

The left Navigation sidebar has all the core features that you can do within the Online Portal. 

Site Builder - allows you to manage the Pages you create for your website or e-commerce site. You can modify each page design, add blocks, and embed your created forms and other components essential for a webpage. Learn more here.

Form Builder - allows you to create and manage web forms that you can embed on your web pages. This also holds data for every created web form that accepts user data called Entries. Learn more here.

Ecommerce - is the commerce platform that lets you manage your store and online marketplace. Here you can create and customer your shop, process, and fulfill your orders, manage your inventory and shipping. Learn more here. 

Payment Transactions  - holds all PAID order card transactions. If there are transactions that need a refund, you can do it here. Learn more here. 

Administration - contains all the controls you need to manage your Online Portal. Learn more here.
