Create and Manage Forms

Create and manage the web forms for your page.


Log in to your Online Portal and click the Form Builder that you find on the left navigation sidebar. 

Form Builder allows you to create and manage web forms that you can embed on your web pages. This also holds data for every created web form that accepts user data called Entries


Add a New Form

When creating a form, it is important to identify the purpose of the form you will be creating so you can easily decide and choose which component to use in the form.

To create a new form, click the Form Builder then click + New Form. This will open a modal wherein you can enter details for your form. 

Name this will be the identifier for the form and serves as a reference to form shortcode.
Description  this refers to details of your form.

Click the Create Form button. Once the form is created, it will open a Builder section wherein you can drag and drop the components that you can use to create a web form.

In this guide, we will show you how to create a basic Payment form that accepts card payments, and later on, we will use this form to embed it in a web page. 

For a Payment Form, it is important to have the Customer's Name and Address, so we would be adding Name and Address fields that are under Advance Fields. 

If you want to add optional fields like Phone Number or Email, feel free to just drag and drop those fields or simply click the field. 

One of the most important components when creating a Card Payment form is a field that accepts secure credit card inputs. You can find this field under Pricing fields. Choose the Secure Credit Card field.

To modify the attributes of these fields, hover on the component, you can see three (3) buttons to appear on the top right of the field. Click the pencil button. The component will expand showing the attributes of the field. You can apply the rules by inputting data on the fields.

Let Name, Address, Phone Number, and Secure Credit Card be required. 

Tick the Required checkbox to require an input during live form submission. For this example, only the Email field will not be required an input. 

Click the Update Fields button to save the form. If you want to see how the form looks like in live, click the Preview button.

You can add more form pages by clicking the + Page button.


Update Form Settings

If you want to control the privacy settings of the form, you can do it under Settings. Hover the  Settings tab, click the Form Settings

Form Settings allows you to modify and control your form like Privacy settings, create a Header, and Footer, and modify Status if you want the form to be active or inactive. 

This also holds the Embed Form code that you can use to embed the form to a website. Get on this page the Form URL to get the direct link for your form.


If your form is set and you would like to see how it looks like live, click the View Live Form button from the controls.
