Learn how to manage and edit customers from the Customer Management page.
Customer Profile Overview
MANAGE CUSTOMER PROFILE
Edit Individual Customer Information
1. From Customer’s Profile, simply click Edit Customer button under the customer’s display photo.
2. Apply edits and click Update Customer to finalize customer’s information.
A message will be displayed when update has been successful.
3. Click OK.
NOTE: The merchant should see the updated details under the customer information square tile.
*This will only update the information seen under the customer square tile. To edit contact numbers and addresses, click here.
Edit Business Customer Information
From Customer’s Profile, simply click Edit Customer button under the customer’s display photo.
2. Apply edits and click Update Customer to finalize customer’s information.
A message will be displayed when update has been successful.
3. Click OK.
NOTE: The merchant should see the updated details under the customer information square tile.
*This will only update the default contact person's information seen under the customer square tile. To edit contact person's number and address, click here.
Manage Individual Contact Lists
▪ Add Contact Number
↳ Click the plus ‘ +' sign beside the Contact number label, input customer contact and click Add Customer Contact to successfully add customer’s new number.
NOTE: Customer's newly added number should be seen under Contacts tab without refreshing the page.
▪ Add Address
↳ Click the plus ‘ +' sign beside the Address label, input customer address and click Save to successfully add customer’s new address.
NOTE: Customer's newly added address should be seen under Contacts tab without refreshing the page.
Set Default Customer Details
CONTACT NUMBER → when merchant is already in the Contacts tab, click the contact number pen icon (🖊) to edit and/or set the desired number as the default customer phone. Toggle Is Default ON and click Update Customer Contact to save changes.
↳ Click the trash icon (🗑) to delete the customer’s old/unused phone number.
NOTE: Merchants can only delete non-default contact number.
ADDRESS → when merchant is already in the Contacts tab, click the address pen icon (🖊) to edit and/or set the desired address as the primary mailing address of the customer. Toggle Default Address ON and click Update Customer Contact to save changes.
↳ Click the trash icon (🗑) to delete the customer’s old mailing adddress.
NOTE: Merchants can only delete non-default mailing address.
*To add customer card, click here.
Manage Business Contact Lists
▪ Add New Contact Person
↳ Click Add New Contact, populate required fields (First Name, Last Name and Email Address), then click Save to successfully add new contact person for the business.
NOTE: Customer's newly added contact details should be seen under Contacts tab without refreshing the page.
Set Default Contact Person
CONTACT PERSON → when merchant is already in the Contacts tab, click the eye icon (👁) to update and/or set a default contact person for the business. Toggle Default Contact Person ON and click Save to apply changes made.
↳ Click the trash icon (🗑) to delete old customer contact person details.
NOTE: Merchants can only delete non-default contact person.
