Subscription: Request Payment
This article focuses on how the Merchant can request payment from the customers with active subscriptions in the system.
This includes step by step procedure for the Merchant Owners and its users to request payment from the customers.
The Merchants can only request payment from customers when the subscription is in Pending or Failed Payment status. |
Click the Request Payment button to send a request payment email to the customer subscribed to the active plan.
A successful message will be shown to the Merchant once the request payment is sent. |
