Subscriptions: Configurations

This is for the Merchant Owners on how to define the settings of the subscription plans offered by the business for their customers. The Configurations submodule is a setting to control the actions of Merchant Owner and users in each subscription and this is also where you can create Cancellation reasons when Customers request a cancellation of their subscription.

General Configuration

General Configurations contains the common setting for the subscriptions.

• Tick “ ALLOW EDIT ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION” if you want the subscription to be editable even it is already active and running. Otherwise, all active subscriptions will not have the EDIT button.

• Always click the SAVE button if you want your changes to be saved.

• Click Close button to close the modal.

Cancel Reasons

Cancel Reasons displays the list of reasons for the cancellation of the subscription. You can also create new cancellation reasons within this modal.

How to Create Cancel Reasons

1. Click the Cancel Reasons tab.

2. Click the New button.

3. Enter the text area with the description of the cancel reason.

4. Click the Save button once filled out.

How to Delete a Cancel Reason

1. Click the Cancel Reasons tab.

2. From the list of Cancel Reasons.

3. Click the eye icon under the Actions column of the Cancel Reason you want to delete.

4. Click the Delete button.

5. Confirm the deletion by clicking the Yes button from the confirmation modal.
