Add Attachments
Learn how to add documents to the Invoice and send them to your customers.
I. Add documents to Invoice now
To add attachments to the invoice, first, you have to create an invoice.
Attaching documents to the invoice is available in Merchant Portal only.
Go to Invoices
Click the Create Invoice button.
Enter information in the fields.
Save the Invoice
Before you can attach documents to the Invoice, the invoice should be saved first.
5. Once the invoice is saved, you can notice that the ATTACHMENTS button will become visible on the page.
6. Click the ATTACHMENTS button to start uploading documents.
You can do bulk upload and single file upload within the Invoice Attachments modal.
Choose Files → allows you to open file explorer and choose the files you want to upload.
Base Drop Zone → allows you do drag the files you want to upload from an external folder and drop them on the base drop zone.
Dropping the files or selecting them will show the files on the list where you can review them before uploading them.
You can do bulk upload by clicking the Upload All button. This will upload all the files in the list.
You can just select the file you want to attach by clicking the upload green button per file.
The number of files that you can attach is limited to 10 files only.
7. Once files have been uploaded, you can do two (2) actions:
Delete the file → allows you to delete the uploaded file so it will not be included in the attachments.
View the file → allows you to view the file content within Invoice Attachments. However, this is only applicable for image file types.
8. Once you have closed the Invoice Attachment modal, you will notice that the Attachments button will show you how many documents are attached to the invoice.

II. Send Invoice Attachments to customers
If you have already created an invoice and attached documents to it. You are now ready to send the invoice with attachments to your customer.
Click the Send to Email button.
REMEMBER: The number of files attached that you can see in the Attachment button is the number of attachments that your customer will receive on their email. |
2. The customer will then receive the invoice email with the following sample content.
