Delete Work Order
Merchants are now allowed to remove existing work orders that are New, In Progress, Overdue and Pending Payment by the new function called, Delete Work Order.

I. Delete Work Order from Merchant Portal
You can only delete work orders with status “ New”, “ In Progress”.
Go to Work Orders
From the Work Order List, click the eye icon of the Work Order you would like to delete. Take note of the work order status that you can delete.

Once the modal containing the Work Order details has opened, you can find the Delete Work Order button below.
Click the Delete Work Order button. This will show you a confirmation message.
Click “ Yes” to confirm the deletion of the work order, otherwise, click “No”.
A success message will be displayed confirming the successful deletion of the work order. You can no longer find the work order on the list.
The instructions below are applicable for the Desktop view of the Checkout page.
II. Delete Work Order from Checkout
Click the Checkout tab from the Merchant Portal. Or simply access your Checkout direct link.
Click the Work Order from the tabs. Take note of the work order status that you can delete.

Pending Payment
You can use the search field and enter the Work Order ID that you wish to delete or simply scroll down the list to find the work order you like to delete.
Click on the Work Order to show the work order details on the right side of the page.
You can find the Delete Work Order button on Work Order Details.
Click the Delete Work Order button. This will show you a confirmation message.
Click “ Yes” to confirm the deletion of the work order, otherwise, click “No”.
A success message will be displayed confirming the successful deletion of the work order. You can no longer find the work order on the list.
