New Merchant Portal User Account Setup
Learn how to set up your account if you are a new employee or user of a specific business or merchant portal.
You will only be able to set up your account as a new user if your Business Manager has added your user profile into his own Merchant Portal.
Once your Business Manager successfully added your user profile to the system, you should receive a welcome email from Heartland.
Set up my Account Now
1. Open your inbox and look for this email from developer@servicepay.app, "Welcome to HFSP Merchant Portal"
The email should contain your Merchant Portal Username, Checkout Access Code, and your default passcode that you can use in accessing Checkout.
Change Password
1. In the Welcome Email, click the "here" redirect link to start changing your password.
2. You should be redirected to the Change Password page of the Merchant Portal you are affiliated to.
3. Enter your 4-digit password and re-type the password on the Confirm field.
4. Click the Change Password button.
Once successful, you will be redirected to the Merchant Portal sign-in page and you can now access it.
