Create and Manage Bundles

Learn how to create and edit bundles from the Inventory Management module. 

This section gives you step-by-step instructions for adding, updating, removing bundles from your inventory. 

Search for Bundle

If you have already saved a number of bundles on the list and you would like to search for specific bundle information you can use the Search feature built-in every tab of Inventory Management. 

  • Type in your search keyword in the search field to start looking for a specific bundle.
  • Search entries can be by Bundle Code, Bundle Name, Bundle Description. 

Create a Bundle

  1. Head to the Inventory page of your Merchant Portal, click the Bundles tab.
  2. Click the Add Bundle button to open the form.

Bundle Code Enter a bundle code as a unique identifier for your bundle to create. 
Bundle Name Enter a name for your bundle.
Bundle Description Enter a brief description of your bundle
Location This refers to the location where the bundle will be available.  
Upload Image Upload an image to represent your bundle.
Price The price amount of the bundle.
Add Item Input an inline item related to the bundle. The list includes the Item name, Modifier, Quantity, and Actions such as Edit or Delete

3. Click the Add new bundle button to save the bundle created. 

4. Once the bundle is created, the new bundle should appear on the list. 
Update a Bundle
  1. Head to the Inventory page of your Merchant Portal, click the Bundle tab.
  2. Click the pencil icon under the Actions column of the existing discount.

3. Once you have made your changes on the Bundle form, click the  Update bundle button. 

Delete a Bundle

  1. Head to the Inventory page of your Merchant Portal, click the Bundles tab.
  2. Click the trash bin icon under the Actions column of an existing discount.

A confirmation message will appear, click "YES" to delete the bundle. Otherwise, click "NO".  

NOTE: The deleted bundle should no longer be available or visible in the Bundles List.
