Sending an invalid keyword (e.g. Yes)

You have sent an invalid keyword '{invalidKeyword}'. Please contact support for keywords.

When customer is already opted in and merchant sends a payment link via SMS

{merchant.BusinessName} has sent you a payment link {paymentlink} for the amount of ${amount}. Your Reference code: {referenceCode}.

When merchant sends a transaction receipt via SMS

Thank you for your business! We have received your {paymentType} payment amounting to ${amount} for your transaction made on {date} with Invoice / Transaction #: {transactionNumber}. This is an acknowledgement receipt from {merchant.BusinessName} - {location}.


Quick Payment Link

Q: What is a Quick Payment Link?

A: This is to allow customers pay bills via QR code scanning or by clicking the link sent in customer’s email address.

Q: What modes of payment are available for me?

A: You can pay via Credit Card or ACH.

❖ Contact Merchant in case ACH payment is unavailable.


PAY VIA QR CODE

  1. Check your email address if you received a notification from the merchant.
    ❖ Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder.

  2. Access Payment Link by scanning the provided QR code using preferred mobile device’ camera.

❖ Customer will be redirected to payment link page: {merchant.BusinessName}.servicepayapp.com/#/quick-payment/<link ID>/pay

  3. Tap the banner notification.

  4. Select Payment Type.

  5. Continue processing payment via Credit Card or ACH.


PAY FROM LINK VIA EMAIL ADDRESS

  1. Check your email address if you received a notification from the merchant.
    ❖ Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder.

  2. Click Process to Pay button.

  3. Continue processing payment via Credit Card or ACH.
