A: This is to allow customers receive SMS notifications from transactions created with the merchant.

Q: What will happen if I opted out to SMS alerts?
A: You will not receive any SMS alert from the merchant anymore.
Q: Can I opt-in anytime?
A: Yes, just send the same opt-in keyword listed above.

Quick Payment Link
Q: What is a Quick Payment Link?
A: This is to allow customers pay bills via QR code scanning or by clicking the link sent in customer’s email address.
Q: What modes of payment are available for me?
A: You can pay via Credit Card or ACH.
❖ Contact Merchant in case ACH payment is unavailable.

Check your email address if you received a notification from the merchant.
❖ Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder.
2. Access Payment Link by scanning the provided QR code using preferred mobile device’ camera.
❖ Customer will be redirected to payment link page: {merchant.BusinessName}.servicepayapp.com/#/quick-payment/<link ID>/pay
3. Tap the banner notification.
4. Select Payment Type.
5. Continue processing payment via Credit Card or ACH.
PAY FROM LINK VIA EMAIL ADDRESS
